It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Unfortunately, we can't forego a signature upon delivery.
The shipping carrier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times and then hold your package at the closest DHL, UPS or FEDEX office for 10 days.
You can call your local DHL, UPS or FEDEX and request they hold your package for pickup, if you know you will not be able to sign for delivery.
If you cannot pick it up there, it will be sent back to our warehouse. In most cases, storage and return delivery charges may be submitted by the carrier and for any refund request these will unfortunately have to be paid by the buyer. For this reason, we kindly ask you to make your arrangements to collect your package from the carrier upon delivery.
If you would like a refund, upon delivery, you can refuse the package (do not sign) and it will be sent back to our warehouse where we will then contact you confirming your refund.
NOTE FOR TAXES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
For most of the countries such as the United States and Switzerland, our customers do not need to pay import fees or duties.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Hyperblade™ company. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
